Robert HENDRY
My name is Robert Hendry, I’m from Stoke Gabriel, Devon and I have lived in the Aude region of France since 2006.
I was previously a financial consultant in the Uk for Lloyds TSB. On arrival in France I became head of first year English at a prestigious grande école in Toulouse.
10 years later I had the opportunity to continue my financial advisory career in France, where I was involved in presentations, both large and small, professional and informal. I was also involved in arranging and presenting professional seminars in the area.
I am delighted to say that my experience in public speaking and presenting has seamlessly led me to becoming a celebrant for Weddings Words & Wishes.
About us
I have been with my wife Karen since 1982 and we truly love our life here in the south of France.
Our hobbies include walking our dogs, boating and exploring the area in our camper van.
I have been a wedding celebrant with Weddings, Words & Wishes for four years. It has given me a wonderful opportunity to be able to participate and celebrate in our couple’s very special day. I very much look forward to being a celebrant at your wedding.
My wife, Karen Hendry works directly with our couples by email and face to face, helping to arrange the details and logistics of their ceremonies. So that on the day we can provide a professional and caring service.
