How long does the ceremony last?

It really depends on what our couples wish to include in their ceremony but on average they range from 30-40 minutes

Do I have to remember to say anything during the ceremony?

No, don’t worry you don’t need to remember to say anything or do anything as I am there to guide you through the process. Personal vows etc can be written on the card that I will hand to you at the appropriate time.

    What happens if it rains?

Venues will normally keep a very close watch on the weather and have another indoor option available.

When do you arrive at the venue?

We like to be at the venue at least 90 minutes before the ceremony starts as this gives us time to set up and see you both personally and check for any last minute alterations etc.

I am quite shy and have a soft voice, will I be heard ok?

Yes, don’t worry we provide a wireless free hand held microphone for anyone that needs them.

How often do you stay in touch with us before the wedding?

We are available to speak with you at any time during the build up to your wedding, either by whatsapp or zoom.

    Is it a religious ceremony?

We design your ceremony together and you can include however many religious aspects as you wish or even none at all.

My partner and I are in a same sex relationship, can you accommodate this in the ceremony?

Yes certainly, the ceremony is perfectly adaptable to everyone.

I have been told that this isn’t a legal wedding, is this true?

Yes, there is no formal wedding licence involved. Our couples have usually had a legal civil marriage service in their home country but there is no legal requirement to even do this.

Is there a limit to the number of guests who can attend our wedding?

As far as we’re concerned there is no limit, our smallest has been an elopement ceremony with just the couple and their 3 young children and the largest has been around 150 guests.
